青岛大学国际暑期课程班项目
招生简章
青岛大学国际暑期课程班(以下简称青大暑期课程班)成立于2010年,是在青岛大学“国际化办学方向”号召下所建立的国际教育项目,现已成功开办十年。2020年青岛大学国际暑期课程班继续面向校内外招生。
一、主办单位
青岛大学
二、招生条件及报名对象
1.招生对象:高中及以上学历的国内外学生均可报名申请。
2.语言要求:托福80分/雅思6分,大学英语四级550分,大学英语六级520分或其他同等语言能力
3.每班招生50人,依报名顺序择优录取
三、授课时间及课程设置
2020年,青大暑期课程班开学时间为2020年6月1日至7月3日,共开设39门课程,综合涵盖经济、商科、社会科学、人文科学等科目。所有科目既是本校相关专业教学计划内课程,又与海外大学课程有所对应,每门课每日授课2小时15分钟,每周授课6天(周五、周六为讨论课及复习课)。课程授课语言均为英文,教材为美国高校学分课程所用标准教材。(课程设置见附件一)
四、选课要求及相关费用
1.根据教育部学位中心相关规定,每人最多选修3门课程;
2.青岛大学本校学生参加国际暑期课程班课程免收学杂费用;
五、报名流程及截止日期
1. 下载附件二“青岛大学国际暑期课程班课程申请表”;
2. 2020年5月3日前将申请表填写完整后扫描发送至暑校报名邮箱 iss@qdu.edu.cn;
3. 等候通知安排口语面试(英语专8级免试);
4. 被录取学生将在口语测试完成后的5个工作日内收到电子录取通知信;
5. 报到时间:2020年5月31日
6. 上课时间:2020年6月1日

Qingdao University International Summer Session Program Enrollment Brochure
Qingdao University International Summer Session (hereinafter referred to as QUISS) was established in 2010. It is an international education program established under Qingdao University’s “campus internationalization” initiative. So far, it has run successfully for 10 years. In 2020, we will continue enrolling students from all over the world.

2. Qualifications required and enrollment of applicants
1. Eligibility: high school graduates and above can apply and enroll.
2. Minimum English language proficiency: TOEFL 80/ IELTS 6, CET-4 550, CET-6 520 or other equivalent language proficiency.
3. Maximum enrollment: 50 students per class; Qualified applicants will be chosen according to the order in which they enrolled.
3. Course time and curriculum
The 2020 QUISS begins on June 1st and ends on July 3rd, with a total number of 39 courses covering economics, business, social science, humanity, and more. All the subjects are in our university teaching plan of related majors and correspond with overseas university courses. Class time for each course is 2 hours and 15 minutes per day, 6 days per week (discussion and review sessions are on Friday and Saturday). The teaching language is English except language courses and the teaching materials are standard textbooks in accordance with American university credit courses. (Please find the List of Courses in Appendix 1)
4. Course selection requirements and relevant expenses
1. According to the relevant provisions of the Degree Center of Ministry of Education, each student can choose 3 courses at most;
2. Students from Qingdao University who attend International Summer School are exempted from miscellaneous expenses;
5. Registration process and deadline
1. Download Appendix 2 “Qingdao University International Summer Session Course Application Form”;
2. Please complete the application form, scan the electronic version and send it to the email iss@qdu.edu.cnbefore May 3, 2020;
3. Wait for oral test notice (Students whose English level is TEM 8 can be exempted from the oral test);
4. The admitted students will receive the electronic admission notice in 5 working days after they finish the oral test;
5. Registration time: May 31, 2020
6. Course start time: June 1, 2020
